Brief introduction
After crushing plant stems and leaves, the residues were completely dehydrated by soaking in water or organic solvents to obtain the maximum yield. Usually, the process of extraction and solid-liquid separation is accomplished by soaking extraction in extraction tank, pressing or centrifugal dehydration after preliminary slag discharging.
The machine adopts the basket design of lower hub and flat basket bottom, and cooperates with the automatic programming of centrifuge forward and backward washing, grading speed-up and drying, completing a cycle of automatic operation process such as immersion, extraction, dehydration and drying.
Working principle
Before the centrifuge works, refrigerant or hot water is introduced into the machine jacket.
1.Fill the material in a filter bag, seal it with zipper, and place it in the centrifuge basket.
2. Close the top cover and add the soaking solvent from the feeding pipe.
3. Start immersion extraction mode:
The centrifuge rotates alternately in both positive and negative directions at low speed to extract the active ingredients from plants.
4. After soaking and washing, the material was fully extracted by phase inversion.
5. Stop the machine, open the outlet valve and discharge all the liquid.
6. Enter dehydration and drying mode:
The centrifuge rotates and dehydrates in stages according to the percentage of the highest rotational speed, and then speeds up and dehydrates until it finally speeds up to 100% and dries.
7. Dehydration is completed. Stop the machine and take out the filter bag. A batch cycle ends.
