Details
All machine parts touch with materials are stainless steel (SUS316L) made, to ensure the machine corrosion- resistant and durable.
The solid discharge port is made of ceramic. It's durable with long life.
Screw blade is tungsten carbide treated, with excellent wear resistance
The screw blade is hollow designed, so that the solid phase is less disturbed by the flowing of liquid phase. This way, can enhance the dryness of the solid output, and enhance the working-efficiency.
Double Motors and double frequency changers.
The differential speed is adjustable
Thin oil lubrication system is available for high speed and continuous operating.
We designed the oil tank in the mainframe, the whole machine structure is more compact.
