LLW 30kw Screen Worm Centrifuges SKF Bearing Used For Trisodium Phosphate
Operating principle
LLW series conveyor discharge screen centrifuge is the one with low energy consumption, stable performance and good separating effectiveness. The separation processing from feeding to dewatering, cleaning and discharging is continuous with high processing efficiency and high degree of automation. It is the advanced separation equipment.
The feed suspension is introduced to the centrifuge through a feed pipe and into the feed distribution chamber, and is jetted into the basket through the hole near the cone point of the conveyor. Under centrifugal force the solids filtrate from the liquid and settle against the basket wall, while the clarified liquid exits over the overflow screen. The solids in the conical basket are conveyed up from the smaller end to the bigger end while the conveyor turns at a slightly different speed. The bigger diameter is, the bigger centrifugal force produces to separate the liquid/solids. The solids are dried when they are drained out the basket.
The washing pipe incorporated in the centrifuge can not only filter the solid cake, but also wash the cake. The thin cake washing achieves good effects of washing and consumes low amount of washing liquid. A steam pipe may be provided on the back of the basket so as to wash the crystallized materials on the back at high temperature. Gearbox: cycloidal gearbox, planetary gearbox and hydraulic gearbox so as to suit for separation of different materials.

Anti-corrosion
The materials to be separated are normally corrosive. So for safety, the parts in contact with these corrosive materials must be anti-corrosive.
Material of constructions: 304, 321, 316L, 904L, TA, 2205, 2507etc.
When there is determined application experience or corrosion data, carry out coupon test and laboratory verification to ensure selected material meet anti-corrosion requirements.
Surface anti-corrosion treatment: PE lined, rubber lined and halar lined and F40, F46, PFA etc.
Anti-corrosion requirements of sealing elements can not be neglected; material of sealing elements shall ensure prevention against corrosion from acids, alkali and solvents.
The customer shall forward the physical and chemical properties of the material and washing liquid (chemical properties and separation temperature etc.) to the manufacturer so that it can make recommendations for centrifuge materials based on characteristics of the separation medium, and that the suitable seal ring, seal washer and filter cloth can be provided, thus ensuring anti-corrosion requirements on the centrifuge.
Explosion-proof
If the centrifuge works in the environment, where there are some explosive substances, the centrifuge should be explosion-
proof. If the centrifuge becomes really explosion-proof, it should take a variety of measures in mechanical, electrical control and the accessories selection.
Electric control: explosion-proof isolator, non-touch dynamic braking system, static grounding and explosion-proof automatic control.
Mechanical system: explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof light, anti-collision and anti-static driving belt.
Explosion-proof accessories: nitrogen protection system, on-site explosion-proof control button.
Therefore, for those environments required explosion-proof, users can specify the filtration medium, requirement and degree of explosion-proof when they take orders, in order to buy the right equipment to meet the requirements of explosion-proof.
