Inclined feed disk working principle
The feed disk is driven by an independent motor and slurry is accelerated.
Feed disk rotating speed is adjustable; the feed disk has the same rotating direction as the drum; their angular velocities are basically equivalent, but there are a rotating speed difference; the inclined feed disk can make slurry from the feed disk evenly distributed in the drum height direction.
Surrounding discharge ports of the feed disk is distributed in the form of sine curve after being projected onto the inner wall of drum.
Adjusting angle of feed pipe and changing the feed range can improve feed balance. Filter cake thickness is basically the same in the direction of drum height; for material with poor mobility, improving feed uniformity is of great significant to reduce the vibration.
Filter Cake Washing
In separation process of most materials, the filter cake needs to be cleaned at the s same time of dehydration to realize the required purity of product. In separation process, there is not only moisture content index of filter cake but also the Index of measuring purity of filter cake. Thus, how to realize the washing requirement of filter cake in the shorter time and with fewer consumption of cleaning gent is very important for capacity, quality and energy consumption and cost.
Washing process: the cleaning liquid is separated while filter cake is cleaned at washing speed after high -speed exhaustion of liquid for filter cake in drum and then high-speed exhaustion of liquid is repeated again.
Form of sluicing pipe: washing of hole of sluicing pipe: atomizing nozzle washing of sluicing pipe; distributing device washing of swash plate.
Washing method: durative washing: impulse washing; cleaning gent washing with measurement.
Choose of Filter Cloth
The choosing of the filter cloth should meet the anticorrosion requirements, and appropriate filter cloth material should be chosen in accordance with the chemical properties of the separating material!
The number (model) of the pores on the filter cloth should be determined depending on the diameter the granules of the separating material. Generally, the size of the pore on the filter cloth should be slightly larger than the diameter of the granules to be intercepted. At the beginning of the filtration, there will be a small quantity of small-sized granules penetrating the filter cloth. However, when the intercepted larger granules accumulate and form a cake layer, the penetrating phenomenon can be eliminated and the filtration efficiency will be improved.
