Laboratory test - Making laboratory analysis on separation characteristics of the material to provide the basis for type.
Small batch test - After preliminary type selection, simulation separation test can be carried out for small batch of verification machines to obtain relevant separation data and to provide the basis for separation process section design. This can be made in test workshop of Huada or can be made at place designated by the customer with vehicle-mounted test unit provided.
Equipment layout and Installation guide - providing centrifuge and system layout guided, installation and operation guide, in order to meet safety, use and maintenance requirement.
Debugging – During commissioning, providing site guidance of the service engineers and determining the corresponding operation parameters, to meet the separation requirements.
